Is there a limit of how many products I can choose for my ‘Design your own bundle’?

We suggest 1-8 items for each bundle given the size of our Soul Bundle gift boxes.

Do you include a paper receipt in the order?

No, you will receive your paid invoice by email. This way there is no price on your bundle/items as we understand most orders are for gifts.

 

Gift Box packaging and wrapping.

Our large 'pre-designed' Gift Bundles come with our Soul Bundles Gold Foil Logo printed on top of the lid (unless we have sold out then the lid will be plain). The box is gift wrapped in your choice of either Black Cotton Twine or Cream Jute Ribbon. You can refer to our instagram page to see more photos of our gift wrapping styles.

Our small/mini 'pre-designed' Gift Bundles come with a plain lid gift wrapped in your choice of either Black Cotton Twine or Cream Jute Ribbon. Dimensions 24cmx24cmx9cm.

 

 

Our 'Bundles under $70' bundle range come in a standard cardboard diecut folding lid box in colour Kraft. These are different to our main boxes listed above. They come gift wrapped in your choice of either Black Cotton Twine or Cream Jute Ribbon with our Soul Bundles Swing tag.

We have 2 different shape boxes for our 'Design your own' Gift Bundles. Depending on how many products you choose, we have rectangle or square box options to best suit the size of the products. They have plain lids and are gift wrapped with black twine and our Soul Bundles swing tag. Featured below is our 'Design your own' rectangle gift box which is usually suited to holding more than 4 products.

 

 

 

I want to create more than one gift bundle. How will you know what product is for what bundle?

We’ve designed our website for you to be able to create 2 bundles within the one order. Each product you select has a drop down option for you to tell us what box it is for, either box 1 or box 2. 

To 'Design your own Bundle' follow these few simple steps...

1. Select the quantity of gift boxes you would like - Please note you can only create 2 'design your own bundles' per order.

2. All 'design your own bundles' must be sent to the one shipping address you provide at checkout. Due to our checkout process, orders cannot be split for shipping.

3. Let us know if you'd like us to write on the card for you and what message you would like.

3. Choose your products from our 'Shop' range, we have over 50 beauty and wellness products to choose from.

4. If you're creating more than 1 'design your own bundle' please choose what number gift box each item is for so we can package it correctly.

5. Once you're done proceed to checkout.

The product I would like is currently out of stock.

Please contact us at info@soulbundles.com.au if you would like a product that is currently out of stock and we will do our very best to get it back in for you. Sometimes we do have spares that aren't yet updated on our website so please feel free to contact us.

Do you do corporate orders?

Yes we do! Soul Bundles would love to help you create special gift bundles for your clients and/or staff. You can contact us at info@soulbundles.com.au and we can discuss options and provide you with an obligation free quote. 

Do you ship to multiple addresses within the one order?

Unfortunately we do not have this feature given our checkout system. If you would like to have a bundle shipped directly to your recipient we recommend you leave their details in the ‘shipping’ section on checkout. We make sure all of our price tags are off our products and we only send digital receipts to you, the buyer.

If you are buying multiple gifts for multiple recipients we suggest you have the order shipped to yourself for your own distribution, or alternatively, if you would like to have the products sent directly to them, we recommend repeating the checkout process for each new address.

Please note that the email you provide us at checkout will be the one our system sends your Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails to. Therefore, we strongly recommend you using your own email address and not your recipients. As the buyer, you will get the updates and may be contacted regarding your order. 

Do you have a physical store?

We are an online business only.

I think I got the address wrong at checkout, what should I do?

Please contact us at info@soulbundles.com.au as soon as possible. We are happy to change addresses but only if the item/s have yet to be posted. Please quote your order number.

What are your payment options?

We now offer Afterpay. 

We accept Credit/Debit cards through our Stripe payment system. We also accept payments through PayPal.

If you do not want to use our checkout system, you can also contact us via Email, Instagram or Facebook and we can issue you with an invoice instead of using the website checkout system.

Subscribing to our Mailing List

When you subscribe to our mailing list you will be sent an email within 24 hours containing a '$10 OFF' discount code which you can use on your next order. Minimum spend of $50 on full priced items. The discount code can only be used once. Discount offer cannot be used with any other discount offer. If you have not received your discount code within 24 hours please don't hesitate to contact us. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list any time via our email or by contacting us.

Dried Flower information and care:

We select beautiful dried flowers according to availability and what we have in stock - therefore our posy arrangements often change. Keep your dried flowers indoors and out of direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Dried flowers can be very fragile so place them somewhere where they will not get bumped and touched. Shedding during transit may occur which is normal. All of our posies and arrangements are handmade by us and therefore are not identical. 

Please note: From time to time our suppliers sometimes change their design on certain products before we get a chance to update our images and/or sell our in-stock products. For this reason, at times our bundles can look slightly different to the display picture but rest assured the products are still all the same, just the product packaging can sometimes change.
