SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship Australia Wide. We DO NOT ship internationally. In most instances, deliveries to major cities and metropolitan areas normally take between 2-5 business days. Depending on remoteness, delivery times may take longer than the approximate times so please take this into account when placing your order.

 

Late Deliveries

Refunds will not be given for deliveries outside of approximate delivery times. Soul Bundles will not be held liable for any late delivery outside of our approximate delivery times. Please note that although we endeavour to despatch orders promptly, if delays do occur, it is more often during transit which it outside of our control. 

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Fees 

Soul Bundles currently offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders Australia wide. Unfortunately we cannot split shipping. If you live in Tamworth NSW within a 15km radius we offer Free Delivery. You will then receive an extra email regarding delivery instructions.

 

Shipment Restrictions

Soul Bundles does not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses. We only ship within Australia.

Delivery Details

It is extremely important that we are provided with accurate delivery addresses. Delays are very likely to occur if an incorrect address is provided. Couriers may also charge additional fees if the nominated address is changed after they have already collected the parcel. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. Soul Bundles will of course replace or refund gift bundles incorrectly addressed by us, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made. 

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number for that order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damaged Goods

Soul Bundles takes pride in picking and packaging our bundles. In the event that a delivery is badly damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. If at all you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will provide you with further details in returning the product/s.
