SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You can check the progress of your delivery via the shipping confirmation email you'll receive once your order has been shipped.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship Australia Wide using Australia Post. We do not ship internationally. In most instances, deliveries to major cities and metropolitan areas normally take between 2-7 business days. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE CERTAIN DAY DELIVERIES. Depending on remoteness, delivery times may take longer than the approximate times so please take this into account when placing your order. We are located in NSW.

ALL OTHER ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AS PER USUAL UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.

Late Deliveries

Refunds will not be given for deliveries outside of approximate delivery times. Soul Bundles will not be held liable for any late delivery outside of our approximate delivery times. Please note that although we endeavour to despatch orders promptly, if delays do occur, it is more often during transit which is outside of our control and we will not be held liable. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE CERTAIN DAY DELIVERIES.

Please be mindful when placing your order that some delays may occur which are out of our hands. We aim to ship parcels off very quickly to avoid further delays and provide you with a tracking number so you can check with Australia Post on your parcels progress.

Soul Bundles will not be held liable for missing/lost parcels, however please feel free to contact us so we can help with the process. 

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Fees 

We are currently offering FREE delivery for orders within Tamworth, NSW. Use code 'Tamworthfree' at checkout. Please check your emails after placing your order as we will email you to arrange suitable times for hand delivery. We only deliver on certain days in Tamworth but we will try our best to accommodate. Hand delivery is only available in Tamworth as that is where we are based. All orders outside Tamworth will be shipped via Australia Post.

 

For all orders outside of Tamworth please refer to our shipping prices. Please note: We cannot split shipping within an order. If you would like to order multiple bundles to be sent to multiple addresses we recommend repeating the checkout process for each new address or contacting us via email info@soulbundles.com.au and we can help you with the process.

Shipping is calculated by weight and is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping prices start from $9.95 and Express Post Shipping starts from $17.95.

 

If you would like to place a large order of bundles please contact us before checking out as we can arrange cost effective shipping quotes for you. We use a range of courier's and Australia Post.

 

Please note: the email you provide us at checkout may be used to contact you regarding delivery. If we have made several attempts with no response we then may contact you by the phone number you have provided.

Shipment Restrictions

Soul Bundles does not ship to international addresses. We only ship within Australia.

Delivery Details

It is extremely important that we are provided with accurate delivery addresses. Delays are very likely to occur if an incorrect address is provided. Couriers may also charge additional fees if the nominated address is changed after they have already collected the parcel. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur for you a re-shipping and re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate that Australia Post/Courier charges.  Soul Bundles will of course replace or refund gift bundles incorrectly addressed by us, however, we accept no responsibility for deliveries made where incorrect addresses are supplied and deliveries are subsequently made.

Please note that the email you provide us at checkout will be the one our system sends your Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails to. Therefore, we strongly recommend you using your own email address and not your recipients. As the buyer, you will get the updates or be contacted regarding your order. 

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number for that order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note that the email you provide us at checkout will be the one our system sends your Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails to. Therefore, we strongly recommend you using your own email address and not your recipients. As the buyer, you will get the updates and may be contacted regarding your order. 

 

Damaged Goods

Soul Bundles takes pride in picking and packaging our bundles. In the event that a delivery is badly damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us as we may request photos. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

Soul Bundles will not be held liable if a parcel goes missing or is lost during transit with Australia Post but we can lodge an enquiry on your behalf so please contact us for further help.
